Two populations, never mixed. Advertisers belong to a tenant and only ever see their own work. Staff sign in through the directory and see across accounts.

Agency leadEverything for every brand the agency holds, including billing.
Planner / buyerPer brandBuilds and submits campaigns. Cannot pay or change billing.
Brand managerPer brandSees and approves work for one brand.
FinanceWallet, invoices and payment methods. No campaign editing.
ViewerPer brandRead-only. For clients you want to show work to.
